What do you suggest for my strong prescription?

   Here’s my latest prescription: OS is -9.00 and -9.25 for my OD, really strong, isn’t it? I always need to wear “coke-bottle” lenses, heavy and thick, I really hate it, I can’t collect blind women pension for my life type of horrid remarks about how bad my eyes are, I’m so afraid of getting the news that my eyes have even gotten worse and the cost to buy my glasses averages around $350.00, when choosing eyeglasses frames, the price and quality are the most important factors of choosing eye wears for me, as I am not a rich guy who can spend hundreds of dollars on just a pair of eyeglasses lenses, which may go out of style in just few months! So, where can I get cheap and quality high-index lenses?
