Can I change my glasses with the same prescription

   I don't want my eyeglasses anymore. I bought the old glasses about a year ago. I was in college, but now I graduated and I'm looking for a job. So I would like to change them with something less noticeable, something more conservative looking. Is it possible for me make the lenses with the same prescription as the old ones?
